Taha Tinana

We have been studying
about Te Whare Tapa Wha. This week we looked at some of the things we need to do to keep ourselves physically Healthy. Here is my DLO to show what I have learnt

I wonder if our class will do the same work in the future the way you did in your blog. it would be great if you could teach me how you did it!.
    What exercise do you do to stay healthy? I do push ups every morning at home.

I really like your post about “Whare Tapa Wha” because your poster shows what you need to do every day, like eating healthy and to drink water. At home I also do lots and lot of fitness, I like to go for a run in the morning before school for a warmup.
