The princess and the giant

Hidden behind the maze of branches stood a minuscule, enchanted castle. It was so easy to miss among the towering trees. At the tipsy top of the castle sitting there was an elegant princess. She was singing but before she could finish her song a tree came crashing down like a glass breaking.

She screamed so loud that she almost made her own ears bleed. Just as she got tired of screaming she wondered how and who did it? The princess was getting more curious and more. She was terrified because it might come back. The princess didn't get that much sleep the next day  or after that day. It was like she was haunted or something.

The princess was a mess, her eyes were black and her hair was messed up. She looked nothing before the incident. Suddenly the floor started to rumble. Just after the shaking stopped the princess went to check it out. She stood outside speechless. HUMONGOUS MONSTER!!! Yelled the princess.

With no hesitation she ran inside. The giant also yelled but it was more like he was crying or something. The princess tried to offer some food for the giant to go. As soon as it was night the princess had ran out of stuff to offer, even offered her precious jewels but it wasn't enough.

Finally she pulled out her gigantic Bear that her father bought her for her birthday. She shoved it through the window. At last the giant was happy and would never be lonely. 

23 degrees and 5 minutes

In the north pole during a massive blizzard a man suddenly appeared. The man was covered in snow and he looked sick. What could he be doing in the storm? The man was then sent back to when he was younger. During the flashback there was a professor teaching in a university about science. Something about the states of matter which are solids, liquids and gases. A man then stood up to correct him about the states of matter. 

After the class the professor looked through some exams. All papers had the wrong answer until he pulled one of the papers out with the answer 23 degrees and 5 minutes. Something started to happen and the professor started to see those numbers everywhere. 23rd of may and stuff like that. He made the person who got the answer 23:5 to be his assistant. He found a way to convince the man to be his assistant.

They did heaps  of research about the numbers. When they finally found that they had to search the north pole they were excited until the professor disappeared. As the years passed the man went to look for the professor in the north pole that comes until now. The man died as if he was dead. Before he took his last breath he looked up and saw the professor , he then laughed and talked for a little then he realised that the professor was in a Santa costume. Then 2 men pulled him out of the snow and took him back to the ship.I guess we never knew what happened to the professor.

The windmill farmer

There once was a farmer who planted a bunch of windmills by his house. He watered them everyday from spring to summer to autumn. It started to get big through the seasons. It was going to soon be winter so of course it was going to rain. It was getting pretty gloomy and it was gonna rain. The farmer ran outside to check on them but they slowly broke off one by one.

Each one was like tearing a piece of his heart. All the pieces flew off like an airplane crashing. The farmer turned glum. He sadly went inside with his head down then came the snow but something happened during that day. The leftover parts started to grow. It was a miracle.

Out came the farmer, still sad from the tragedy, sighing and went back inside. It was after winter when the farmer took a look outside. He suddenly fell into tears, there were windmills all over the hills. He jumped with excitement and cheered up. All of his sadness was cleared.

Winter writing

I can see the ice on the mountain slowly starting to melt. I can hear my legs struggling as I walk to the distance. I can feel the breeze clashing against my skin. I taste the ice on my tongue as it slowly turns into ice. I smell the dirt hiding in the bushes. I can also hear the birds chirping crazy. I see the water starting to clear out of the path. I can feel goosebumps running up to my face.

The tired I got the more I wanted to stop and lay on the floor. My lips slowly turned blue. I couldn't help but to slow down and warm up my lips. I started  to get warm enough that I decided to continue the hike. As I panted and  walked  I could smell something great. It was like a pot of cookies. what could it be? Looking left to right I found the smell. It was a bunch of flowers in the bushes. Ending my trip with a cup of hot cocoa by the fire and a nice big sleep.                                                                               

     

Winter poem

Winter season starts on the 1st of June
 Ice all over the green grass
Nice and warm inside by the heater
Toasting my feet by the hot fire
Eating some leftover food to keep my warm
Rolling on the floor pretending to its snow

Queens birthday

Last week on the queen's birthday my family and I pretty much did nothing but do our normal routine. At first we do our breakfast which is either pancakes, toast or cereal. Once we do that we have a little TV time. That's what we have for the morning.

Next we have some exercise and clean the backyard because we like to keep clean. Then we just want to have some fresh air so we have lots free time.

After all that we got cleaned and took a shower but since it was the queen's birthday we watched some documents of her which was very enjoyable.

Lastly we had dinner and today's dinner was some chicken soup yummy. We get tucked in and ready for school tomorrow. That's what I did for the queen’s birthday.

One bored polar bear

Over the cold mountain came a very lonely polar bear who was looking for some fish. The polar bear was standing and putting its head into a hole where he was trying to catch the fish but with his mouth

I was so freezing in the hole that when he came out( With three fish in his mouth) little bits of ice were on his white body hair. He then dropped the fish and went to the remote side of the arctic. Then came a breathtaking igloo. It was so beautiful the bear wanted to tear it down. As he was about to tear it down heavy snow started to come down. He knew it was gonna be very snowy so he walked back to his place.

It was so quiet at his place so he tried to entertain himself. The polar bear thought and thought about what he should do. It is very hard to think in the bitter and chilly snow so he couldn't think of anything. The polar bear suddenly felt snow fall from the roof he then realised that there was hole in the roof and the heavy snow was starting to come which is pretty dangerous. The polar bear quickly got some ice and put it into the hole and it was all gone and also his boredom.
